I recently had a problem with the furnace. Your employee, Jeff, came to correct things. He checked out the furnace and told me the furnace was running but there was an electrical problem. He was very helpful and even asked if I would like him to call Baker Electric. I was pleased about that. As he told me, he could tell Baker what was wrong and what needed fixing, which he did on his speakerphone so I could hear. He got an appointment for me the following Monday. I think he went above and beyond making that call for me. I wanted you to know I appreciate his help.
