I recently had a problem with the furnace. Your employee, Jeff, came to correct things. He checked out the furnace and told me the furnace was running but there was an electrical problem. He was very helpful and even asked if I would like him to call Baker Electric. I was pleased about that, as he told me he could tell Baker what was wrong and what needed fixing. He did that on his speaker phone so that I could hear. He got an appointment the following Monday. I think he went above and beyond making that call for me.I wanted you to know I appreciate his help.
