Our furnace stopped working on a freezing day. City Wide responded quickly and we had heat soon after. The technician was very professional, polite, skilled, and explained what the problem was and how he intended to fix it. He also gave our furnace a complete checkup. The bill I got later was very reasonable. Julian came and fixed our furnace. He did a great job; many thanks to him. You are lucky to have him. I also appreciated the ticket he or someone wrote up, written neatly so it was easy to read! That doesn’t happen very often. He is a good man! Excellent service, I highly recommend.
